Alsharq University of Science and Technology includes a diverse range of Faculties, each dedicated to advancing knowledge and fostering innovation across a wide array of disciplines. Our Faculties form the cornerstone of our academic excellence, providing students with a rich and supportive learning environment where they can succeed both academically and professionally.

The Faculties are as follows:

   It was established as one of Alsharg Ahlia College programs in 1996, in correlation with Higher Education policies to expand university studies in quantity and quality.

  • It began its activities in Economics and Administrative Sciences programs; awarding Accounting and Administrative diploma to fill the shortage of qualified financial and administrative accountants in Kassala State.
  • In 2014, the Economics and Administrative Sciences program was separated into Economics, Banking programs and Administrative Sciences program. The Administrative Sciences program included three disciplines: Accounting discipline, Business Administration discipline and Marketing discipline.
  • In 2023, the Administrative Sciences program was upgraded to the Faculty of Administrative Sciences.

It is one of the faculties of Alsharg University of Science and Technology. It was established as one of the programs of Alsharg Ahlia College in 1996, in correlation with the policies of Higher Education to expand university studies in quantity and quality.

  • It started its activity in Economics and Administrative Sciences Program, where it awards Diploma in Accounting and Administrative to fill the shortage of qualified financial Accountants and Administrators in Kassala State.
  • In 2014, the Economics and Administrative sciences program was separated into Economics and Banking programs and the Administrative Sciences program. The Economics and Banking program aims to prepare skilled cadres in the fields of Economics and Banking,and graduate effective professional cadres capable of employing themselves in field of Economics and Banks and upgrading human capabilities.
  • In 2023, the Economics and Banking Program was upgraded to Faculty of Economics.

    It is one of the faculties of Alsharg University of Science and Technology. It was established as one Alsharg Ahlia College programs in 1996, in correlation with policies of Higher Education to expand university studies in quantity and quality.

  • It started its activity in 1996 with the Information Technology Program, where it awards a diploma in Information Technology.
  • In 2014, Bachelor of Information Technology was added.
  • In 2017, a graduate program (Higher Diploma and Master’s in Information Technology) was added.
  • The Information Technology program graduated 25 batches on the technical diploma level, 24 batches on the Bachelor’s level, three batches on the Master’s level, and four batches on the Higher Diploma level.
  • In 2023, Information Technology program was upgraded to the Faculty of Computer Sciences.

It is one of the faculties of Alsharg University of Science and Technology. It was established as one of the Alsharg Ahlia College programs in 2014 under the name of English Language Program to awards a general Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature in (4) years.

  • The program started with batch (20) and now has reached batch (28).
  • In 2023, English language program was upgraded to the Faculty of Arts.
  • The faculty includes three departments: (English Language and Literature, Arabic Language and Literature, Psychology and Kindergarten, and Media and Communication Sciences).

   It is one of the faculties of Alsharg University of Science and Technology. It was established as one of Alsharg Ahlia College programs in 2014 under the name of the Law Program to award Bachelor (Honor’s) degree in(4) years.

  • The program started with batch (20) and now has reached batch (28).
  • In 2023, the law program was upgraded to the faculty of Law.
  • The faculty includes three departments: (Public law – Private law – Comparative Jurisprudence).

The faculty was established in 2020, it includes five departments (internal nursing, surgical nursing, pediatric nursing, obstetrics and gynecology nursing, community health nursing).
